Slīc HairCrown respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website or place an order, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Slīc HairCrown (“we”, “us”) is the responsible party for the personal information collected through slichaircrown.co.za. You can contact us at slichaircrown@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at 076 618 7630.
We do not collect or store your card number, expiry date or CVV. Card payments are entered on Yoco's secure payment page, not on our website.
We only share your information with the service providers needed to run your order, and only what each one needs:

We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example to a court or to the authorities.
Some of the providers above store or process information on servers outside South Africa. Where this happens, we use providers that apply appropriate security standards to protect your information.
At the time of writing, our website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. We use browser storage only to remember your shopping bag and wishlist, and our own staff use a login cookie in the admin area. If we start using tools such as advertising pixels or analytics in the future, we will update this policy and explain what they do before they are switched on.
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle returns and meet our legal record-keeping duties (including tax law). Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Our systems are protected with access controls and encrypted connections, and only authorised staff can see customer details. No method of storing or transmitting data is completely risk-free, but we work to keep your information safe.

Our website is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information about children. If you believe a child has given us their information, please contact us so we can delete it.
